Are your pieces restocked once sold out?
Most of our pieces are made in small batches or one-of-a-kind—crafted with limited-edition fabrics or artisanal processes. Once sold out, they may not be restocked. If you love something, we recommend ordering while it's available.
Can I make changes to my order?
We understand that mindful purchases sometimes need adjustments. If you’d like to update sizing, delivery info, or request a small customisation, just get in touch with us within 24 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Where are your pieces made?
Each LilaBare piece is proudly crafted in Kenya — from farm to finish. We work closely with a network of local artisans, using indigenous fibres and slow, considered techniques that honour both people and planet.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Most of our pieces are made-to-order and take approximately 4–6 weeks to be lovingly crafted and dispatched. For time-sensitive orders, we offer a priority service on select ready-to-ship styles. Simply reach out via our contact page — we’re happy to assist and accommodate wherever possible.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide. All orders are tracked via DHL Express, which you can select at checkout. Whether you’re ordering from Nairobi, New York, or anywhere in between, we’ll make sure your LilaBare piece finds its way home.
What are your shipping fees?
We offer free international shipping on orders above $500. For orders below that, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise.
